This place is a joke. Been going there for 2 years since I lost my washer and dryer because it was close by. They are not customer friendly at all. First of all the TV is provided for customers and EVERY time im there the employees have it on their channel of choice. My kid has asked to watch cartoons in the past on multiple occasions and she will not change it. Ever(older lady with glasses/dentures)......2nd I think walk in customers should have priority for all services. Washers, dryers, TV, and tables. Tables to fold clothes are way occupied by employees like their orders are priority. Ive seen employees occupying 2/3rds off all dryers with alot of customers waiting. Finally the older lady with glasses and dentures is rude constantly to younger customers and has has yelled at kids right in front of parents including myself. Come talk to me if you have a problem its not your kid ill deal with it. Ive seen this alot and I seen one woman lose her mind with the way she spoke to her kid. The only people I EVER see her nice to is other senior citizens around here own age. Ironically she is the same person that thinks its her TV to watch wants and is always hogging tables. She hates the younger generation and shows it and is alway nice to older people and shows it....good job you just lost a loyal customer. Maybe you should take a good look for your employees. That lady is a joke and should not be there. Buh bye

Best wash house I've been to since being in Des Moines Iowa. They have actual coin machines that dispense cash and not tokens!

Clean, fair prices, pleasant friendly staff.

I like the lady that works here. She's very nice and helpful.
