Today my husband was in your store. He goes oftennWhen he was cashing out the gal at the register looked at his hat (Marine Corp) and asked if he earned it. This is the 3rd time it has happened. Today he said do you need to see my DD214 or dog tags. Her response was you have no idea what people do to get discounts. You lost a good customer and should be ashamed that you employ people that make comments like that to our veterans!! She should be fired!
Ordered and paid for a trailer wheel and tire in the store and waited for nearly a month for it to arrive at the store. Today I find that the order was canceled. Called the store and was treated rudely by the store manager with no explanation of why the cancellation. My credit card has not been credited at this point so I'm mor than upset. My advice is if it's not in the store go elsewhere.
Was at location 1 week prior and Leroy was very helpful and met all of my needs. Go back week later Leroy was not there. It was one of the worst experiences I've had shopping. Sale associates acted like I was bothering them. Found bench grinder but couldn't find the rest of the tools I was looking for. So I just WALKED out of the horse and pony show. Definitely will not be back. Total joke
