Mister Car Wash

Amazing service! I live on gravel and my car was overdue for a wash. They took it through the platinum wash and the man said he wasn’t pleased so they took it through again free of charge so it would be up to their standards. They ALWAYS do a phenomenal job on interior and their staff goes above and beyond and are very friendly! I love love love mister car wash!

Paid $40 for what?? All they did was put it through the wash and then barely wipe the dashboard? I even left a $5 tip before realizing they hadn't even touched the obvious dusty paw prints on the back seat. You can't tell me it takes any more than 5 seconds to take the same rag from the windows and wipe the seats. I went back to ask about it and they acted like it was a big inconvenience to wipe down a couple seats. And this is in the middle of the day with barely any other customers. Well, you just lost this one.

I went to this location, against my better judgement, to get a full service wash and interior cleaning. I was motioned to the vacuuming station without being given the usual list of choices...they PARTIALLY vacuumed the front, and did not touch the second row or back of my SUV. Upon getting into my vehicle, I found cleaning liquid smeared on my dash, with parts of the dash not being touched as well as the rest of the front interior of the car...making it look worse than when I went in. I have had trouble with this location before, in doing sloppy work, or doing as little as they felt they could, taking their time-(40 min)-to finish the job that is supposed to take 20 min, and management making empty promises. This place is infuriating!!!!! Every once in a great while, I hope service will have changed for the better, but as of today and for the last few years, it remains the same - LEAVING MUCH TO BE DESIRED! They have a well positioned location, which is the only reason I believe it is still open.

I’ve been a member of Mister Car Wash for over a year no complaints Up until recently.. for one the “beater brushes” used in the car wash have scratched the outside of my truck terribly. Tried another location same issue. I’m not sure if they’re not being clean properly but I never had problems on my other vehicle Which I would wash weekly. Now I pay $35 a month for my car to be scratched and the quality of the wash has gone downhill over the past year. I’ve contacted Mr. car wash three different times in order to cancel my membership and have heard nothing back. Aside from a email asking me to vote in my how important voting was. I contacted Mr. car wash three times last week in order to cancel my membership and I haven’t heard a thing I would absolutely love to hear from somebody so I can get this canceled and I don’t have to pay for something that’s not worth it. Please don’t spam me with voting information just send me the info and confirmation that I am canceling my account. Been going to these mister wash lacation for awhile. Expecting them to get better at a job they do on a daily basis. Again disappointed and very disappointed because I not only pay a unlimited fee per month. But pay extra for the inside. And nothing is never done right. Even when you tell them at check-in to do certain things. It still doesn't get done. Go figure. And let's not blame it on Covid 19. Lets take responsibility for a very poor service practice.
