Took too long and didn't even have order right
Love A&W!!! Long John's seafood is awesome, but I have to admit their hand breaded chicken tenders tasted very salty and were greasy/oily.nTip for LJS, use a dedicated fryer for FISH ONLY!! It would make everything else taste like everything else should!
The entire staff at A&W/Long John Silver's are fantastic. They make a great team and took as entire order of almost $60 through the drive thru and without a single complaint or heavy sigh whatsoever. Not everything was correct but it was close and Is take their customer service over some mustard left in an order any day
My wife and I just went through the drive thru at 9:15pm. We both ordered a 2piece fish without drinks. The fish was great, but the fries weren’t even edible, our dog wouldn’t even eat them. So we paid $14 for 4 fish. We won’t be back anytime soon.
They are always busy which is good for them but just because you are busy does not mean you should rush your customers. We were still in the middle of ordering and we’re so rudely interrupted and given our total. We asked for extra sauce and paid for it which you guys decided to give us NONE AT ALL. So thanks for nothing, we have all this fish to eat without our tartar. Please be more kind to your customers. (Photo will be posted of receipt)
