Second time now I've had problems with an online order. I asked before I left if my side of ranch was in my bag and she said yes. I got home and there's no ranch and no cookies. The phone isn't working when I called so I ran back over there and they didn't have any cookies which is fine but they could have told me that instead of giving me nothing. Also she did not have a mask on when masked are required. I am done with the store which sucks because it's so convenient for me

I hope owner/manager of this Subway pays attention soon. Our chicken breast was cold on a toasted sandwich. As someone who knows management & has worked at a Subway restaurant for years, I worry that this could result in potential health issue for customers. The service is generally slower than other restaurants, which I can understand. Cold chicken breast on a sandwich that was supposedly toasted is absolutely not okay.

Horribly Slow and Disorganized. 4 people standing behind the counter with one person primarily preparing all the orders and slow as you can possibly get with one other person just standing there doing nothing. Line is out the door almost two people show up for online pick up and they haven't even started their orders. I waited 30 plus for my order. Food quality wasn't good either. Bread was dried out lettuce had brown all over it. I normally add spinach but that looked rotten as well but still serving it to people. They had an old location right off 1st street that was always good to stop at but they closed shop. This location is probably the worst one I've been to in the State.

Me and my family decided to go to this subway for lunch. They were so rude about our order and refused to give us the cup ( which we literally paid for ) when they literally be giving people free cups all the time. People shouldn’t be treated differently because of their accent or skin color. Rude extremely rude.
