Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning

We got our air ducts and carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago by Clean Sweep. Barry cleaned out our air ducts and the next day we had Brian clean our carpets. These guys were very thorough and great to work with. The layout of our house along with a finished basement made cleaning the air ducts a harder task then it had to be for Barry, but he went the extra mile to get it done. Our carpets look and feel so much better after getting cleaned. The guys were exceedingly helpful with their recommendations of what services were worth it for us and things that I could probably do myself to save some money. My only regret now was waiting too long to give Clean Sweep a call.

Unfortunately our5 year old spilled paint on our new carpet. We tried our best to get the stain out (dont follow Google recommendations ud83dude33) with no such luck. I called Clean Sweep and they were very responsive and quick to get me onnthe schedule and had someone out the next day. We had the pleasure dealing with Brian (the owner). I appreciated his honesty and tips in the event we have to deal with this again ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f. We tried clean sweep carpet care based on their wonderful reviews and were not disappointed! Brain explained everything before he began cleaning and again upon completion-which I greatly appreciated. The carpet looks SO much better and he was able to remove pet stains that I thought were permanent. Thank you Brian for making me like my carpet again:)!

Brian has saved us again! Having an elderly dog, I didn’t realize how much she was going potty on the carpeted floor. (Of course she couldn’t go on a hard surface where I could just wipe it up!)nI called Clean Sweep on Friday, Brian was here on Wednesday. I’m sure it would have been sooner if it was an emergency.nBrian was on time, friendly, thorough and shared great information with me regarding my carpet and pet urine.nI have tried other companies in the past, and have decided to stick with Clean Sweep. There may be some companies out there that are a little less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Clean Sweep always does a great job for us and I know without a doubt would come back and fix anything I didn’t feel was to my satisfaction. Fortunately, for me and my now diaper dog, my carpets look great!
