SINCE Kathy left SERVICE IS Lousy. They lost my blouse, and al they said was so sorry. Had a pair of pants they never cleaned, however they charge cleaning, and when I showed them the pants, oh not us. Never going back they are FIRED

I've been getting my dress shirts laundered here for years; about 15 every month or two. They're always happy and polite. It's usually very quick getting in and out.

Difficult to communicate with the employee, barely speaks english. Went in on a Saturday And he told me my suit an dress shirt would be dry cleaned and ready for pickup by wednesday. I Come in wednesday an the suit is done but not the shirt. I needed it bc i was going out of town. Wouldnt recommend, an wont go back.

I wear a suit everyday that I work, which means I am constantly visiting the dry cleaners very often.. I dropped off 4 suits to be dry cleaned on a Friday and I was told they would be ready by Wednesday. Not a problem since I work very long hours and can’t normally make it in until the following week. I came in on a Thursday ( one day later) and my items weren’t ready. I came in on Friday and then I was told that they couldn’t find my skirt that went specifically to a jacket that was accounted for. Of course I was upset, as I should be. She specifically told me that she was not going to charge me. So I left the jacket in hopes that she would come across it. A few days later she’s calls me very happily and tells me that she recovers my skirt and that I could come and pick up my suit and pay my bill!!! Pay my bill?!? Now I have now problems paying for dry cleaning however when you lose or misplace someone’s clothing AND the customer makes several trips in an attempt to collect my clothing why am I paying full price for your mistake. No one pays for my gas and I should not be responsible for the full payment of my dry cleaning bill. I told the manager that she just lost loyal bi-weekly business for $40. She should have provided good customer service and at least offered a discount just for the inconvenience. Not to mention I made two trips in one day because she was not there and no one else new what was going on. Just poor service and communication. However my alterations were great and that’s why they get one star but I’m never going back and not recommending them to anyone.

Great service for a very affordable price. Had my pants done in just a couple of days!
