Little pricey but they do Good work.
Using this laundry for some months now for my shirts. Every time they charge me a different price, always higher. When I complaint the owner gets upset and ask me how much I want to pay. 2 weeks ago went to pick up my shirts and the boy said it eas already picked up. After insisting for a while they found my shirts. This past saturday I had a pick up after 4pm. Get there at 4:35 to found the place closed (they are supposed to be open until 5pm bit he closes at his convenience. I won’t use this laundry again.
I just moved to the area for residency and like everyone, I just wanted to find some place reliable. My clothing was scheduled for pick-up anytime after 4pm Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning at 730am (they open at 7am) to confirm they were open and I could pick-up my clothing. When I arrived, they weren't ready. They told me a staff member forgot about them and asked me to wait for their ironing. It pressed me for time to make it to work on-time:/
Just a FYI: their Yelp rating is 2/5 stars.
Horrible customer service... the guy behind the counter wouldn't even take his eyes off his phone long enough to even look me in the face.
I took my wifes leather jacket in to have the pockets repaired and the liner replaced. They lost it for 2 weeks and then when they found it they called and said it was ready. I went down to pick it up and absolutely nothing was done to it . Nothing was fixed. The owner was not there so i told them to call me when he arrived. I had allready paid for the work to be done. When he called me he told me it was an extra 150.00 to replace the liner. I don't mind paying for work done but I'll be damed if im paying twice so i got screwed bad. I would not take a pair of socks to this place. They charge you for one thing and then try to get more from you.
