First time going to this location. Went during a busy time. It was quite chaotic. Employees trying to figure out what sub was what and what subs are carry outs verses the ones they were making people in line. We ordered two drinks and they gave us one straw and when we asked for another straw they said so you want an extra straw? No we just wanted to straws for the two drinks we ordered. Kinda disappointed that the dining area was closed. So was the bathroom. During a break for the kids playing a softball tournament the last thing we needed was no bathroom and not be able to eat inside. I understand covid19 but open up every other booth. Have your bathrooms open. Theyre too lazy or cheap to spend manpower cleaning to allow a dining room and restroom. Would probably not be back.

Ordered through doordash because of COVID-19. They completely messed up my sandwich and didn't include the extras I paid for including double meat. I called and the manager was very combative in his tone and demeanor. He told me there's nothing he could do and I just had to order another sandwich through doordash, which cost me a 6 dollar delivery charge and a 5 dollar tip, not including the food. I told the manager that he was basically ripping me off. Do NOT order from this location in person or on Doordash.

We stopped tonight, there was an employee restocking the straws behind the counter. This employee noticed that we were standing there to order along with another customer, the employee kept restocking. We could hear someone in the back. We stood there for about 10min. When the employee was finished restocking he put on gloves to take orders (DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS). We decided that if he didn't wash his hands it could not be a very clean atmosphere. We left, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!

Noone seems to know what's going on and if you have a beard maybe put a net over it. Plus the place was a pig sty. Only reason I stopped by kids were hungry won't be going back....

Franchisee doesn't follow correct recipe for chicken bacon ranch (double cheese). Rude staff. Go elsewhere.
