It’s alright and they are friendly, and fast. But the low stars are because only one person was wearing their mask properly and only one was wearing gloves as well. Watched the kid running his hands through his hair while packaging up food. Needs a little work in the COVID procedures and simple hygiene while handling food. The other guest in there was also pointing it out.

Low star rating due to mask not worn properly and in ability to keep calm during a busy time/lack of communication. I have worked in fast food and cleared buses back to back yet we kept it together and communicated. Also heard it said dont take orders til we catch up. I wouldn't leave customers just standing waiting or your going to lose customers.

The food was good, and they took the order fine, but the drive thru cashier choice was really bad. We had to tell her 3 times that we had 2 different orders, this confused her greatly. Even with exact change in her hands. Finally it computed, and we got through that. She hands out both orders of food. Then we had to ask her a couple of times for our drink. We should have known then to double check kids meals for their drinks, but we didn't we were tired of being in the long line, and the cashier was kind of hostile from payment one. So for the food yes, great food. Service was bad.

The drive thru speakers don't work very well and/or the cashier (pleasant girl) couldn't understand simple questions. The sandwiches(classic & beef with cheese) were lukewarm and the fries were cold. We also got the $1 coke floats with our meals, they were small but very good. We asked for fresh fries and it only took them about 4 minutes to bring out to us, nice and hot and fresh.

For fast food it's always good and they've always been very polite n professional.
