Very fast service, even after arriving with 5-7 cars ahead of me, i was out within 10 minutes. All food was ready and the people were happy to answer any questions I had. You can order a mix of both taco bell and KFC without having to pay for two separate tickets. Everything came out fresh, nothing was greasy. It was amazing.
Fast service but VERY RUDE, VERY RUDE STAFFnTHEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED AT WEIRD TIMES , YOU CANT ASK A QUESTION AND WHEN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE OR PUT IN IN THE COMPUTER THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE IT, AND LIE I COME HERE AND ORDER THE SAME THING 2X A WEEK AND ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE DIFFERENT WITH AN RUDE Attitude. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 lesson learned .. lost a customer.
It's tacos can't really mess that up. They have an excellent COVID response system. Kudos to them. The staff was friendly.
The girl taking orders at the board needs an attitude check. So rude and short. The redeeming part of my experience was the clerk working the window. He was very polite
I don't know why we keep going back here. How hard is it to make burrito?nEVERY SINGLE TIME we go here our order is wrong.nOrder taker has zero personality, zero customer service skills and is just plain rude.nFood was cold and barely anything inside of it. I got a Steak chalupa. See and it looks as if 2 two year old made it. There is more chalupa shell then there is anything else! Awful, dirty place.
