Best sauce ever! Gotta have their fried chicken with their sauce. I don't recommend buying their 25 or 50 pieces and then leaving the cap on the container. The chicken will sog up.
Great food at humble prices. You basically have three options, but they are all the same thing...3 chicken strips, 4 chicken strips or a chicken strip sandwich. Don't let the line at the drive thru discourage you...it is quicker than it looks.
Meh.. if my kids didn't like it, I wouldn't go. But they like it fine and their service is always very professional. Although my wife said the last time we got the tailgate pack... there was no cane sauce and she was sorely disappointed. So.. not my first choice of eateries, but as long as my honey says let's go to Canes, I'll bet I go back.
First visit to Altoona Canes. Drive through. Terrible! Texas toast was room temperature, soggy and limp. French fries the same. Chicken fingers were just ok. Coke slaw tasted like it was from yesterday.. Too expensive for it to be that bad.
Quick chicken fix! Absolutely love their sauce. Is It BBQ & ranch mixed? Whatever it is, I find it extremely yummy. I had The Box with 4 chicken fingers, coleslaw, fries, garlic toast, a beverage, and extra sauce for $8.50. Plenty of food for 2 people. Staff nice as always. Drive through service prompt.
