Took my mom's white van here. Pressure in the self serve bay wasn't enough to clean the dirt off even after soaking and soaping. Had to use the stupid brush and rinse repeatedly. Then I used the vacuum furthest east and it didn't have hardly enough suction to pick any thing up. Maybe this place was having a bad day but I'll just go to laser wash next time
Used the automatic today! It knocked out my rear fender. As I was in park it moved my car like I got hit. Later found out it was the spinning brush that ran into my suburban. I have pictures of the damage. Who’s responsible??
Terrible. I paid for the most expensive wash and it didn't even touch the back of the car. There's literally a layer of dirt that was untouched by the wash. The machine did not give a receipt either. When I tried to call the phone number for the car wash, nobody answers and there's no voicemail service. so needless to say, they're robbing people knowing there's no way for people to get in touch for a refund.
Just a car wash. What else can you say? Lol
The first isle I pulled in took my ten dallors and would not work. Went to another bay and it said spot free rinse after wax and when I left there were water spots all over my vehicle. Maby not so good for trucks.
