Polo Cleaners

The absolute worse customer service I've EVER experienced!!!! I recently moved not far from this cleaners and decided to give it a shot. The first thing I noticed was the woman at the counter didn't acknowledge me at all while she was finishing up with another customer. When she finally finished servicing the other customer she was VERY unwelcoming and it was obvious that my business wasn't significant to her. However I proceeded to continue with the transaction while asking her the pricing for dry cleaning and if she had any specials for 1st time customers and she basically started arguing with me (unprofessional) how all her prices are the same regardless if it's 1 garment or 50 garments. After 2 minutes of her speaking broken english about not having any specials I just ask her to give me a price and write the ticket which was $4.50 for 1 pants and another $4.35 for 1 shirt which came to a total of ($8.35) which any half smart individual who frequents a dry cleaner knows that price is outrageous! But just for the convenience of the location I decided to give it a shot but as I walked away heading back to my car I realized the unprofessional lady didn't even ask what kind of starch I wanted so I went back and asked her my options. To make matters worse she responded "It's .50 additional for starch" . My clothes was still on the counter so I politely grabbed them and quickly left that establishment. I drove 10 mins further just to find a dry cleaners that has better customer service and not ripping people off. I found just that and the customer service was 3x better and the price 50% less... See yourself!!!!

WATCH OUT!!! I took my dress pants to be hemmed last week "Usually go to my usual spot but I tried this one cause it was closer, my mistake". She never measured me which was odd and guessed my inseam, obviously when I tried them on they were wrong. I went back to have them corrected and even pay cause I wanted them done right. I told the older Asian lady that these need to be corrected and they were wrong. She stated " I'm not wrong, you're wrong" we are off to a bad start. I tried them on to show her and she said "You gave me wrong information, you must have pulled them up when I measured you" ....remember, she never had put these on. Now I'm frustrated, she's telling me I'm wrong which made her wrong so it's my fault. At this point I just want them fixed, even told her I would pay to have them done again. She kept trying to explain to me how I am wrong, meanwhile the older gentleman behind me was trying to calm her down. I had enough, I took my things and walked out. After 10years of wearing suits I have never had such horrible service, take your business somewhere else. My first and hopefully my only review.

Caught them over charging my credit card 40% more than the price that was listed on the ticket. I have a feeling they've been doing this to me for years. Just lost a great customer.

Supposed to close at 5pm on Saturday. Arrived to pick up a suit for wearing next week and drop off another at 4:55pm to a locked door. Now I will not be able to pick up and drop off until Tuesday, as this location is closed Monday. Will take my business elsewhere to a location that honors their hours.
