Plumbing Technologies

We called Plumbing Technologies to assist with a clogged kitchen sink drain. They arrived on time and Duane was friendly. It was determined a drain snake was needed. They only had a small one. They were unable to fix the drain and said they would give us a referral to a sewer company. The first referral was not available, so we were told they would call back with another referral. They never called back. We were charged $262 for the service call, and still had a clogged kitchen sink right before Thanksgiving. We ended up calling Mr. Rotor, who came out and fixed the sink in less than an hour using a larger snake. Mr. Rotor's bill was under $200. We felt we got ripped off. Paid top dollar with no results from Plumbing Technologies. Poor value.

the charges for service were never discussed and I felt overcharged. This was partly my fault but if you use this guy, make sure you know exactly what he will be charging first.
