11/24/20 @ 12:40pm. Just walked in to inquire about repair a broken zipper on favorite jeans. As I said hello, I was rudely looked up and down and given no response. I asked about repair of the zipper and again the lady with disgust on her face responded, “it’s gonna take a week!” She was rude for no reason perhaps my very appearance offended her, is my only guess, I was treated like scum just for coming in. I will never come back and will never ever recommend service at such an establishment that would treat customers this way for no good reason. I walked next door to a shoe repair business, they were very courteous and respectful and helped me right away with no problem. Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional and rude!
The dry cleaning was outstanding, please come here and support small businesses. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
Excellent Dry Cleaning services. I travel a lot and have to keep my suits ready for the next trip. Sal's always does a terrific job and avoids double creasing the pants which was always a problem with other shops I used before finding this place. High quality alterations are also available for which I had excellent experience. Highly recommend them!
Sal does all my alterations and her work is impeccable!! I highly recommend you use her services for all your alterations and/or dry cleaning. She is also super friendly and personable!! Customer service is top notch!!
Sal Cleaners has done a fantastic job on all my dry cleaning. They come out looking like new. Just went to a wedding and had to have my suit taken in. When she was done, the suit fit perfectly.
