Always friendlynnAfter reading other reviews I felt it necessary to add - pace of play has little to do with your skill level. My wife plays once a year and we have no trouble at all in playing in less than 4 hours when we play with another couple. If you are ready to hit when it's your turn there is no way it should take you 4 hours.
I’ve played The Legacy Golf Club course for many years now and the course conditions are second to none. It’s groomed better than a lot of the private courses throughout the state. I think the staff is very accommodating and seem to take that extra step so your experience is enjoyable. During this pandemic, the club has really stepped up its game so you would feel safe playing the course during this trying time. I recommend Legacy my friends & family.
This is one of the more beautiful golf courses I’ve played. My GF and I had a tee time and was paired up with two others. We were made to feel inferior right away. This course is completely over booked. If you like feeling pushed around this is your place. Everyone is treated like you’re a very avid golfer. We had to let 2 sets play through us within the first 3 holes which I’m fine with but you have a strict 4 hour and 15 minute timer to adhere to. All the signs say to play at the pace of the group in front of you. What if you’re not as good as the group in front of you??? If you are very very good at golf I would recommend. I would also recommend if this course wants to have a tee time every 9 minutes for 4 people they need to go private!!!
