Walked in to an empty store with one employee working and a ringing phone. The employee ignored both me and the phone, then said they had to prepare an online order first when I said hello. The online order ended up being 6 sandwiches that they apparently thought made sense to make instead of my 1 sandwich while I was physically there. Someone came in after me and just left after being tired of waiting. The sandwich was fine, but I will never return to this location, there are plenty of others around.
Staff extremely rude. Placed an order online 20 minutes prior to picking up. When I got there, they let me know they hadn't started my order yet. They waited on everyone in the lobby- even people that came in after me before they started fixing my sandwich. Very poor customer service! Won't be back! Why order online if you still have to wait for the lobby to clear out before they even start your order. Waste of time!
Extremely pleasant staff member. Food was tasty as well.
The young man that helped me was very polite and helpful. The store was out of bacon, but he suggested steak instead. My sandwich was delicious. Thank goodness there are still good employees out there.
This is my favorite place for lunch. Shannon is awesome, gets customers out quickly and always puts a smile on my face.
