Easy to navigate and always helpful, friendly employees! You can easily get almost ANYthing sent to the store for pickup with the True Value app, too. Pretty great. AND supporting a small biz is VERY important now and always.

Store staff friendly and helpful!nWide variety of items for fixing and maintaining. A great place to shop and not have to walk long distances inside the giant stores!n(Yes, i need the exercise :))!nAlso: it's in my neighborhood!

Associate was very helpful and patient finding me an unconventional part I needed for an antique mirror. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find what you need.

Good store. Has a lot of oddball stuff you need. A little pricy sometimes. They have a great rental section. It's surprising what all they have packed in that place. The guy working rentals and repairs is great. Most of the people there are great
