Bought a great stove at a very reasonable price.

Spent an hour picking out carpet, and padding, and going over all the details with the carpet installation employee. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and measure for next Monday. They called this afternoon (the Friday before) and told me that because I didn't pay a $50 deposit for the measuring (that I wasn't asked to pay and didn't know was required) that they wouldn't be coming. I asked if I could pay over the phone, and was told no. I asked if I came in and paid if they would still come Monday and was told no. I understand things are crazy right now but I really don't understand not being able to pay the deposit over the phone and why they couldn't have contacted me before they cancelled my appointment. I would have gladly paid the deposit when I was at the store for an hour. I rarely leave negative reviews but there was no effort on Home Depot's side to rectify the situation so I recommend looking elsewhere for carpet.

Helped me get electrical outlets and jumper wires and connecters. Gave me a couple feet of the 3 different wires I needed. Spent time helping me and never tried to rush.
