First time they are in the computers are down. Bummer. I was afraid to leave my clothes because I thought they would lose track of them. I gave it a shot and got my clothes back and they look beautiful. Thank you
They did a terrific job of pressing my clothing!
Took a skirt in to get an elastic waistband. First the seamstress just tacked a piece of elastic on the back with no ruching and a straight seam that didn't stretch. I couldn't fit it over my hips. She said she could fix it, but when I came back the skirt had a giant piece of elastic sewed the same way--not stretchy--and it must have been 40 inches around (I have a 25 inch waist). They wanted to charge me MORE just to "mickey mouse" it with snaps or hooks (not even the real alternation I needed). How hard is it to just add an elastic waistband? The dry cleaners here are great but they are NOT tailors and do not understand the human body.
I’ve worked with Ted for a few years now. I’ve had hundreds of garments altered here. I’ve been mostly satisfied with there service and when I wasn’t they rectified the issue.
They are not the thriftiest of locations but I strongly believe that one gets what one pays for.

I brought a shirt in that needed to be brought in on both sides. And I needed it the next day. The didn’t charge a lot and the shirt was done the next morning. Thank you so much
