Four Seasons Cleaners

I have never been more upset with a dry cleaning establishment! I took 3 items in recently. A women's blazer and a pair of men's suit pants needed to be dry cleaned and pressed. A pair of women's dress slacks needed a replacement zipper. While the employee was courteous and polite, when I arrived home with my dry cleaned garments, the blazer was wrinkled and appeared to have been crumpled up. It took me three attempts with a fabric steamer to finally remove all of the wrinkles. The men's dress slacks also had to be steamed as well as pressed near the hem where they had been wrinkled. My zipper repair had been promised on Friday but they ended up telling me it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. When I picked up the slacks, they weren't even on a hanger! I took a look at the zipper before leaving the store. It was by far the worst zipper replacement I have ever seen! The lining of the slacks was sewn too close to the zipper so that once the zipper is pulled down, the lining will get stuck in the teeth. Also, in women's slacks the zipper should be hidden, which is the way the original zipper was. The full length of the zipper is completely exposed. I am furious and will never return to this shop for dry cleaning or alterations and repairs. Although the man told me that if I had any problems with my order to bring the items back and they would certainly redo the order at no charge, I feel like I shouldn't have to return a sloppy job to have them redo it. The job should have been done correctly and professionally the first time. They definitely made a very bad first impression. I will not give them a second chance.

I started coming here after the cleaners I have been going to for years closed. My experience here has been outstanding! Sam and Natalie are very nice and do a great job. The prices are amazing and the service is excellent. They are able to get your order completed promptly and even have 24 hour drop off service. I definitely recommend this place.

I just moved to town and was in need of a good, reliable dry cleaner and tailor. It took a few bad experiences but I FINALLY found The One. Four Seasons Cleaners are amazing! Family owned and operated... very sweet and honest family. Their tailor, Francisco, is the man! We all know that tailors are few and far between... but Four Seasons provides great tailoring services. I wear suits almost everyday and I am constantly needing my new suits tailored. This is the place to go! Thank you Four Seasons for the A+ service!
