We have used Skip both for the purchase and the sale of our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during both processes. I think the thing I appreciated most about Skip was his proactive nature. I never had to contact him to discuss changes, modifications, or marketing. He ALWAYS had a plan and was constantly brainstorming new ideas in an effort to satisfy our needs. He made us feel like we were his only clients, despite the fact that he had many more he was responsible to. I highly suggest Skip for all of your real estate needs.

Scam realtor spent thousands getting appraisal and inspection after inspection from there friends. Couldn't get the house anyway seller didn't have there paperwork to sell from the start. Fine print was also a rip off.

My experience is from a buyers perspective and from the Langdon area. They only have one representative in Langdon and she lacks professionalism and knowledge in many areas. She will try to cover up any issues with a home so be sure to get an inspection. She only represents a seller so get another realtor to represent you or do your research. She has zero knowledge or experience dealing with tenant situations so if you are renting a house being sold know your rights because she will violate them. She is harassing and bullying and will try to gouge you. I do not recommend this company. Buying a home should be exciting and she has made it a nightmare.

Bought a house back in April with Michelle Burt being our realtor. She was awesome and straight forward about everything. This being our first house, we didn't know what we were doing but she helped us through every step. We love our home and would recommend Michelle to anyone that asks.
