Blake came highly recommended from several family members and friends that I trusted, including one who was a part time agent herself. We’ve gone through this process with a number of agents and Blake was one of the best. His team reached out to me within an hour of me contacting after hours, and Blake stayed in touch throughout. He walked us through his recommendations, priced the house perfectly, hired a great photographer and 360 video, had a highly efficient process for scheduling, and made it really easy. He also had multiple buyers that he was representing who showed serious interest (one nearly made an offer) before it was even listed. Once listed, we had multiple offers within hours and accepted one over asking price. The process from there went smoothly with Blake’s help on the inspection items and a straightforward closing with no surprises. Lastly, managed the process of selling during peak COVID-19 well. Highly professional throughout and would definitely recommend.

If you need a realtor, Blake is definitely one that can help you. He answered all of our questions. He showed us multiple houses and was great to work with. Blake listened to what we were looking for and was honest with us. He is very professional and friendly. We found our house with him and he helped us during the pandemic!
