I'm very happy with my apartment. The office staff has always been awesome. The ladies are always professional, friendly. The maintenance issues I've had were always handled promptly. Job well done.

We may of had a few differences, but in the end I have to give credit when it is due. They are loving , easy going people. They work with you make sure they go out of their way. They gave us a chance when they really didn’t have to. And that was almost 4 years ago and we’re still here . They are cool people. I recommend them

I absolutely love it here. When my fiance and I were going through a rough time switching jobs, they were so helpful on letting us pay rent a certain day and we've been back on track ever since. I love our home all around. Maintenance is always there on the dot to help us with everything! I'm pretty sure we're signing another year lease at the Grandview 2. The only thing I could say I'd like more of is the grass being cut. Other than that. I love where we stay. :)

Such a great place to live! I mean to start every place has flaws. You can't expect perfection but my experience has been damn near perfect! The managers at the building we're very helpful with every step and we're flexible when needed before signing the lease and thus far afterwards. It's a pretty quiet and comfortable place to live. Also having a gym 100 ft down the hallway is a huge plus! Thanks Columbia West Team

Apartment could use some updating, but all appliances work great! Brand new fitness center is a huge plus. In an awesome location for a UND student who is looking to live a little ways away from campus. Building is quiet on a tree-lined street. Would live here another year if I could!
