This place is terrible! Ruined my clothes and more expensive then others in the neighborhood.
I have changed the stars on this location so many times. Today 4/7/19 they couldn't find my dry cleaning. I gave them my full name, full phone # and the ticket #. The guy told me to come in after 4pm to make sure it's done. I come in & at first they couldn't find it, then later they said they didn't get to cleaning it and I can come back 10 a.m. the next morning which would be way too late because I need it by 7 a.m.
Their phone etiquette leaves much to be desired. I understand you're busy, your customers are the reason that you are. Business employees forget that. If you can't spend 30 seconds on the phone Brianna, then don't answer it. Let someone else that has time to answer a question answer the phone. Thank you.

Lilly and Willie are the best! They've restored my confidence in this location. I've talked to Lillly on a couple occasions and she's always been friendly and helpful. This was a 1 star review because of the other employee, but I added stars just for these two. They're definitely keepers!
The ladies are always nice when I drop off and pick up the dry cleaning. Everything is done quickly.
Spending all day waiting for this company to find my work shirts... On the day I have to work. Thanks.
It's a decent dry cleaning place, usually friendly staff and clothes come back nice.
