Would give a -5 if I was able too.nnWe bought our house from her about a year ago. She represented both us and the seller. When she showed up to give us a tour she was dressed like she had just called out of bed. She was very unprofessional and messed up many things for the sale. An example of that is she put the wrong address for the purchasing agreement. She called us drunk at 10pm at night to tell us our offer was accepted. Now that we have been here a year we are finding many things she lied to us about. She told us we did not need flood insurance and we did as well as she told us the septic take had been flushed 2 years ago and I just got a notice saying it's been over 5 years. She even got mad that the inspection showed that windows needed to be replaced because of cracks from rocks and that things needed to be painted (First time homeowners mortgage). We are very disappointed in the service and the way things were handled over our whole first time home buying experience. Would not recommend!!!!
