We only had a short lease here but it was one of the best apartments we’ve rented.nnCosmetically, the apartments are a little dated but they are comfortable, cozy and the price is good. The location is quiet and located conveniently to shopping, a hospital, parks and major roads, etc.nnLiz in the office was absolutely wonderful to us throughout our stay, from always answering questions, helping us through moving in and out, and actually was a HUGE help when our infant daughter was sick. The quality of our stay and Amberwood was largely due to her assistance.nnThank you, Liz and Amberwood!!

I have lived at Amberwood for about 4 years and I have never had a problem with them. Everytime I have needed maintenance, they’ve been very quick. The staff are friendly and easy to get in touch with and communicate. I’ve moved between two apartments here and the process was very smooth. I highly recommend

I have rented from Goldmark for almost 4 years. 2 years ago I rented from the Amberwood office. I am in the process or relocating to WA and the rental company in WA has been trying to contact the Amberwood office for the past month regarding my rental history. I reached out to visit with the staff to follow up. I was told they are not allowed to provide information over the phone, even though I was calling to request they release the information. I currently rent though the Columbia West office and they had no problem providing my rental history over the phone or verifying information. I brought this up with the staff and was given nothing but attitude. I kindly asked if they would reach out as I would have to pay another $200 due to them not following up in a timely matter. I was cut off and was given an email address they could reach out to if needed. I have never had any problems with them until now. If you are looking to rent through Goldmark I would go through anyone but the Amberwood office the customer service is a joke.

I know a lot of people have issues with Goldmark, but read on..nnMy experience with Amberwood office has been great! They have a friendly staff, and respond to issues and take pride in the updates they make. I moved in and didn't have the right mail key, and they brought it to my door that same day I called!nnAlso, if you're new to Grand Forks, and want something that has character, most of the properties Amberwood office manages are eclectic, or have a bit of curb appeal, or great locations. You can also usually find something in a price range that works for you. Plus + you can pay online or with a smart phone app, which is great for me, as I don't really do the whole check-writing thing.nnGreat service, friendly, and professional. I would recommend working with this office!

The office needs to do a much better job getting thieir staff on the same page. I suggest only talking to one at a time so someone can be held accountable for the information given/processes followed.nThey are however friendly and easy to talk to.nMaintwnance was SUPER quick all around.nPrices are average for the area.
