I hired AJ Plumbing to replace a water heater. The plumber was on time and got everything installed without major issue. Part of the contract was to remove the old water heater and dispose of it. It has been sitting in my backyard for almost a week, which looks fantastic. I've left countless messages on both the business line and the plumbers cell phone. Now the mailbox is full. I've also been shot into voicemail after 2 rings. DO NOT HIRE!

With AJ plumbing company, they have only one person to do handyman work. He is a very overweight gentleman who sweats profusely, and sounds like he’s struggling going up and down stairs. He has come into my home worked on my plumbing, left a very large mass, water everywhere, and if I had not been standing there watching, he would’ve grabbed anything handy to wipe up the water so I can’t see it. He didn’t try to wipe up any water until I said something about it. Water was everywhere. I had to call him back to fix the same problem at which he said he repaired what he did and he broke the handle off of the valve to turn the water off And on and said that he would charge me $150 to repair it. I told him to get out of my house. I had to call him twice to get him back up to the house and he kept telling me he forgot about the appointment. These people are horrible repairs and I heard from other people as well that they had used them and they would never go back to them as well. Use at your own risk.

My experience was TERRIBLE, plumber schedule appointments and never show up, Then showed up 2 or 3 days later without notice, the owner/manager is a woman that scream instead of talk to people, she did let me get a word inn, she call also called me at 6 AM to let me know that plumber will be finished the job.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE JOB, HAVE TO CALL THEM SO MANY TIMES TO FINISH THE JOB THAT THEY CLAIM HAD BEEN FINISHED, WE HAD LEAKS FROM THE TOILET, BATHTUB AND KITCHEN SINK, PLUMBER WENT BACK AND HE SAID HE FIXED EVERYTHING, BUT WE END UP GETTING A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS AJ PLUMBING COST US A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME. THEY HAVE NO ORGANIZATION OR ANY ETHICS.
