Alex was able to chat with me on the phone to dictate exactly what kind of service I needed, and then scheduled me promptly. I had a jam packed lateral system that he and the septic company weren't sure it could be removed, but he was able to get it clear and save me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone that needs rootering service.nnUPDATE: A year later I had backing up into our house. I called Alex in the morning and he chatted through it with me. He showed up mid afternoon same day, and was able to rooter out a clog. Still good at his job, still quick to show up, and still affordable!

Alex came to help us out with a leaky sink. Showed up on time, quoted us a price and got right to work! He was finished within an hour and had installed a whole new pipe system under our sink, and ended up being under budget. We'll definitely use him again.

He was very thorough. He needed some equipment at another location but returned in good timing and charges the same rate at any time of the day or night. Very friendly and showed concern when he realized the problem we had.

Great job! I had a basement floor drain that got blocked. Called in the morning and Alex came out that afternoon and had the issue fixed in an hour. Was very thorough, explained everything well, and gave me tips on maintaining the drain. Highly recommend and will call again with any issues!
