About a month ago (Late September) my AC went out. Both our furnace and AC were original to the house and over 20 years old so I decided it was time to replace both. I called approximately 5 companies to provide estimates and fortunately Roberts had someone available later that afternoon.nAfter enduring other 1.5-2 hour sales pitches from competitors, it was refreshing to deal with Roberts and get a no BS conversation and quote.nnPrice - ExcellentnProduct - ExcellentnService - Excellent +++++nnI can't say enough good about these guys regarding service. The day I was quoted the new system they refilled my AC with coolant to get me by for the 6 days until they could do the install (really thankful as it was in the 90s that weekend).nDuring the install.. the service techs were professional, clean and friendly. I mentioned I had some bad toilet valves (wont shut off, West Des Moines water) and was concerned because I wanted to tile the baths later that week. Literally 10 minutes later, two toilet valves were replaced (They wouldn't even accept payment for it). Nothing to do with the job.. but no better way to articulate how Roberts goes above and beyond.nnTo sum it up.. if you are like me and appreciate good old fashion customer service.. then look no further than Roberts.

Kyle and Cory were awesome. They worked quietly and were very respectful and considerate. They knew their product and worked hard. They cleaned up perfectly and were pleasant to visit with. We also met the owner, Andy and immediately liked him because he was honest and listened to our concerns. They gave us a fair price and we are extremely happy. They even liked my chocolate chip cookies. Thanks guys!

When our central air unit wasn’t working on a Saturday night, Ben came out to try and troubleshoot our problem. He was able to correct and get our AC working before he left. He was aware of the pandemic and wore a mask and took of his shoes. I would recommend Ben time and time again. He was personable, respectful and knowledgeable.

Amazing service! I would not call anyone else! Our water heater went out last winter and my husband was in the hospital. I didn't know who to call, but my husband had used them before and I found their business card on the refrigerator. I called, and they were helpful and kind, they came out right away and replaced it, under warranty within a few hours. They asked about my husband and his health. They remembered him from their first visit months before. Their service was outstanding, professional, and yet so personal. They saved us alot of money, and I'll never forget their kindness. Amazing team!

I needed a small pluming job done under my kitchen sink. 3 hours after I called, the job was done, no mess, friendly, professional service, reasonable price. I recommend them!
