Really not a friendly place. The order taker in the drive through was very uncaring, and even more friendly when coming to the pick up window. I made sure I read back my order several times to her to ensure it was correct, as she would not repeat it to me. Got to the window, and she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said I did, and then they closed the window. I waited a couple minutes before they opened the window and I had to ask for the receipt.nnFive minutes later they gave me the receipt. Drove home, opened the bag, and the order was incorrect (I ordered beef, they gave me chicken.) I looked at the receipt, and it was accurate that I wanted beef. I called the manager, and after a long time a manager answered. They seemed very uncaring that I called to correct my order, but said they would replace it the next time I was there. Will see if they honor it when I try to redeem.

I love taco bell because it has never disappointed me. Unlike Arby's which has brought me nothing but sadness.

Wondering if the day will ever come that they get my wife's order right, or even return a phone call when we complain. Always no lettuce or tomato, and always there's either lettuce or tomato or both. Don't bother adding sauces like sour cream, they always forget
