Extremely uncomfortable seating. I’m 5’6” tall, but their tables are on risers. It took 1.5 hours to get my nails done. Since the chairs sit low, you have to hold your arms up the entire time. I complained, owner didn’t think it was a problem... my shoulders literally aches for two days following. The one lady that could speak English to translate was on the phone for most of it. This was NOT a good relaxing manicure, which is what I hope for & expect. I do not recommend them & will never go back.

I enjoyed my experience at KC nails. Wanted a grey gel manicure matching the rainy day. Katie was excellent and I love my nails! She started with fresh clean tools and there were plenty of colors to choose from. They truly do care about you as I had a woman next to me change her mind on a polish color twice and they patiently removed it all and restarted. No appointment needed as they accepted walk ins, but dont always expect to have a zero wait time. I'm travelling, but when I return, I would come here again.

I went to KC nails with my grandma and sister. The ladies were extremely rude to my grandma, who has dementia. My lady cut three of my nails EXTREMELY short, without asking me what I wanted. She assumed I wanted acrylics, but did not even bother to ask. My nails were long and I just wanted them painted. So my first 3 fingers are cut to the skin. My pinkie started to bleed. I asked for a plain French tipped manicure, but they kept insisting I get the dip powder. After 5x of me saying I did not want the dip powder, she got angry with me and did not speak to me. It’s been 2 days and my entire manicure is ruined. None of the polish stayed on any of my nails. It’s been 2 days, andI paid $25 for literally nothing. I will not be going back.
