I made my order the employee was very polite and helpful. I asked if he would bring it to my car and promptly said no problem sir . I went my car and thought that he didn't charge me enough then realized I didn't say the right size so I went back in, they had already started making my pizzas I told him the right size and paid the difference. He gladly fixed the problem with no hesitation or any kind of discuss. Very good job Thanks
Ordered a Tuscan chicken and sausage thin crust large 14”. Well the crust was 14”. But the toppings probably averaged about 12” and were sparse in part of that. Quite dissapointing. Hadn’t ordered from Papa Murphys I’m a while because of a similar experience in another state. Doubt I will ever go again. Back to Pizza Hut or Marcos.
Went to get a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's day. Purchased another pizza as well. Waited while they prepared them. I was asked if I had 2 I said yes. I got them home and found out I got 2 heart shaped pizzas and not the one I purchased. Very disappointed that with that many people working that they can't get an order correct. Second, the heart pizza comes in ONLY pepperoni. I hate pepperoni. They should have different toppings available. I will not be getting the heart shaped pizza again or getting pizza for this store again
Great pizza, excellent pricesnThe pizzas are huge and very tasty. All the toppings are fresh, as is the dough. The fact that you take it home and bake it yourself means you can have it cooked exactly the way you like.nThey have a good variety of toppings and the cheesy bread sides are really good too. You get a lot of value here. They also regularly put out coupons which makes it an even better deal.nThey make your pizza right in front of you, or you can call ahead. Either way, the service is quick and they're always very helpful and friendly. The stores are also quite clean. They have a lite menu as well if you're interested in that. I really can't say anything negative about this place.
