Leticia did great. More than what I expected and handled my children so good! My 4 year old girl and 15 month old son, their cuts look amazing. It was my daughter's 1st cut and she was so excited to get her hair washed and dried and cut!! Everyone was so nice. Good experience. We'll be back.

If I could give this place two and a half stars I would. Im giving it only two stars because I had made an appointment with them two days ago on the 10th for a haircut on Monday the 12th at 1:00 p.m. When I showed up for my appointment they told me I was scheduled for a 12:00 not for 1:00. They also said that I could come back at 7:15 p.m for a haircut which would be fine if I lived in Sheldon IA, however I do not. So I went and cancelled my appointment and got a haircut somewhere else.
Only place I will go to get me, or my children's hair cut. Stylish place, great experience. All of the staff I've experienced have been beyond great. Rachel goes above and beyond for my kids, letting them watch her sweep and use the vacuum system and then put them under the hair dryers for a few just to make them happy.
