Listed our home with Sherrie. We moved out of state and expected her to call us to keep us in the loop of people looking at the home, and so on. Out of 8 months she never called us,without us calling her first out of discust from not hearing anything. She didn't even contact us in person about any of the closings problems that were going on, and finally even on the day of closing, of ALL DAYS!!!! You expect that there should be some communication with your client, when you charge 6 percent, not just ignore the home owners request to keep them informed. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
