I was a first time home-buyer and Dan was absolutely amazing. He showed me numerous houses, he answered any and all of my questions, and he was very quick to respond each and every time. Even after the sale of the house Dan was there when I had a question or issue. I HIGHLY recommend using him whether you are buying or selling. He is the best real estate agent in southwest Iowa hands down.

Dan has sold 3 houses for us and every time he goes above and beyond! He's painted the eaves under a garage ....cleaned out gutters...pulled weeds in the drive and even got a trapped possum out of a window well. The last house he sold was just a little out of his normal area...not a problem...he got the job done! I wouldn't list with anyone else in southwest Iowa. Thx Dan for doing an amazing jobud83dude03

I went through these guys purchasing my first home, Danny Robertson was amazing! Went through several homes with us and listened to what we wanted and helped find the perfect house. There was no pressure and we went to several places before landing on the one we bought. He even come down on a sunday to allow us to go through the second time and double check before putting in an offer. I couldn't have asked for a better agent in the whole process from start to finish.

I have known of Dan since my wife and I moved into Red Oak 12 years ago. We did not buy our house from him back then, but he did show us some homes. Back then he was working through another realtor, just thinking of going off on his own. You could tell he was a very honest and hard working man. Talked with him a few times through the years, always very helpful. When it came time to sell our house it was an easy choice. I knew if we were to sell fast and be represented well, yourrealtychoice was the best way to go. There are other great realtors out there. My wife and I felt Dan would work the hardest to get the job done. We got top dollar with a quick turnover!nBig thanks to Dan and his team!
