Jones mechanical charges exorbitant prices for their service. We had a new water heater to install. We bought the water heater, the plumbing was already there from the last water heater. They just added a short piece of plastic pipe to connect it to the plumbing that was already there .Jones mechanical was at our house 90 minutes and charged us $635 for their time and nominal supplies that they used. I was also quoted a price of $400 to replace a couple of drain plugs in my bathroom. I asked twice for an itemized bill and never got one.These people charge more for their services than the doctors that I work with.nBe careful or they they will take advantage of you pretty quick!

Jake was on time, polite, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Andy will be coming back tomorrow to give us a quote on a new system. Very pleased so far.
