Of all the places to go, you really should go to the Monona County Veterans Memorial. It is an amazing place and very well worth your time.

Amazing source of history and a place to learn if local heroes! The veterans that staff the museum are informative as well as professional. I encourage everyone to go and take their kids; learn what it takes to keep our country free and who was willing to pay the price for that freedom.
This huey is similar to the ones I rode in during many combat missions in Vietnam. To look at it and think helps me to deal with some very ruff times in my life. A bit of therapy, but never forgotten
