Angel Nails

I called on 1/2 and made an appointment for 1/3 at 4:45 pm. I show up a bit early and noticed the open sign is off. I thought that was weird but thought maybe they stepped out so I waited for a bit. I tried calling two times with no answer and waited a bit before calling again. On this call, a woman picks up and I tell her I had an appointment but it didn’t look like anyone was there. She said they closed early and didn’t remember that I called and had an appointment. She asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the next day.....uh no thanks.

I love Kim and Ben. They always do a great job. Always make my toes look pretty.

This was the first time I had gone to Angel Nails. The prices were fair, my manicure and pedicure was $37 all together. I would rate the cleanliness 5/10 because, they were reusing the file for my nails. A lot of the products looked like they were decently old. The guy that was doing my pedicure continuously cleaned the product he was using on my feet and putting it in my foot spa. This made the water dirty. The floors weren't very clean and the chairs and manicure stations had tears and rips in them. Atmosphere 6/10, because the phone kept on ringing which was very loud. I had a guy do my nails and, I think he was allergic to some of the products he was using on me because, he kept on sneezing and he was breathing very heavily. He kept on getting up to go blow his nose and I'm honestly not sure if he washed his hands after that. He also never talked to me, I don't know how much English he knew, he was nice tho and pulled out the chair for me to sit in. The woman was very nice and I think that she owned the salon. I won’t be coming back. I can drive 10 miles and go to a school salon and get a manicure and pedicure for $40 with OPI nail polish and get to keep the bottles.

I've been going here for years now. And I've loved there work in the past, but today was my worst experience. I went in to get a fill and new color got in and sat quicky. So she started to work on buffing my nails out and hits my cudical causing it to bleed a little. All she did was continue and at some points hold right where it hit. Then it got worse so she painted my nails, normally one of my favorite things is our small talk and discuss what I'm fully wanting but we sat there in silence. As she was putting my top coat they were closing down. Well then she told me to put my nails in front of the fan for 2 minutes. So the Male left and left the door wide open while I sat at the chair nearest to the door with no jacket. Then maybe a minute in shes already got her keys and jacket on and just tells me my nails are dry enough but still soft and not to bump it. I felt so rushed and ignored. Shes normally amazing and makes sure I'm happy before I leave as she did with the lady before me. She didnt give me lotion either like normal so when I got to my car I noticed that my nails were still so wet just getting my keys messed my nail up. (Now let me add all I wanted was my nails painted red nothing crazy) Upon more expectation some of my sides aren't fully painted and under my nail isnt fully cleaned out from buffing and the paint got under a few as well. This was by far my worst experience ever here. Like I said I've gone here for years and today they just didnt take there time at all. I love going here but just disappointed in today.
