Tonya is so much more than just a fabulous hair dresser! She genuinely cares about her clients, their likes and dislikes. She is amazingly open to offer and receive suggestions. I love how she will work with me to find me an appt time. I must make mention of just one of the many times she has went above and beyond. It was my wedding day and she knew we were driving a couple hours to my hometown so as to be married in my church I grew up attending. Our wedding was earlier in the morning , in December, on a day Tonya was not open. She OFFERED to come in to fix my hair, ( an up do that should be mentioned is a specialty of hers, maintaining her popularity with this request ). I mention the details of my wedding day so as to give you the reader, a visual of just how early it was that morning she came in to do this for me!!!! The compliments I received ! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was mother of the groom and booked an updo way in advance. Within a week of the wedding I text to verify my appt and I got the response “ oh, I’ve been meaning to call you.” Tonya stated “I’m going out of town and you’re my only appt. so I’m cancelling you.” That was it. I had to jump through hoops to beg another salon to fit me in. Who does that to a wedding appt for mother of groom? I’d give her zero stars if it was an option.
