I went in to look at the school and kind of get an eye for how they run things. I wanted to go light brown to match my roots since it was a plain simple color and came out with dark purple hair. WHICH is extremely hard to get out. I had to go in the next day before work because I can’t work with non neutral colored hair and the girl Nicole did an awesome job attempting to fix it the best she could but after two bleach washes it was bright red and the color over it made it a dark cherry brown. I still hate the color and now having to go into a professional salon and pay a good chunk of change and my hair will take months to recover from this. I ended up still having to pay $50 for product when they royally messed up. I still tipped the girls because it wasn’t solely their fault it’s the instructors for telling them the wrong color in the first place.
I went last week for a haircut (12/18) I told them about 1inch would be what I wanted off - leaving me with about 3 1/2 inches of length all around. My hair was shoulder length. I left there with hair so short I can't even use my styling tools and it is now completely unmanageable. It looks awful. I won't get any Christmas pictures this year - I don't want to be remembered looking like this. They tried to make it sound ok by saying I should spike it and that it was cute - my feelings were totally ignored. If it is not what the customer asked for it is BAD service. I kept telling the instructor to stop cutting - it was so short - but I was ignored. I went home and actually cried and can't believe I will look like this for a couple of months
The young lady was not very friendly. Spoke very little English and had the attitude that she doesn't like working with people. She had no confidence in what she was asked to do. Her equipment was not clean or charged . this is the first time I cried when getting my hair cut due to frustratation of not being valued as a client. The instructor had to finish my cut

Beyond satisfied with my haircut.nnDon’t let the idea that it is a school keep you from trying this place out. Everyone starts somewhere and deserves a chance.
Very unprofessional. Hair styling took an insane amount of time, the students were incredibly rude, careless, and ill-equipped. Needless to say the styling was an absolute disaster. I could not believe how poor my overall experience was. I was shocked.
