Chris and Cindy were fantastic to work with for both selling my old house and for buying my new house. I highly recommend them. They were quick to respond to questions and always kept me updated throughout the process for each sale. They gave realistic expectations for selling the house and recommended things to change/do to make it more appealing before putting it on the market. I was always able to get into houses I wanted to view and when I decided on one it was so quick and easy to submit an offer.nnWhen the derecho hit in the middle of us buying/selling both properties they worked very hard to keep the deals moving forward and navigating how insurance claims/repairs would affect the process. Through every bump in the road that was out of their control they were always calm and provided guidance to get us through it.nnThis was my first time selling and 2nd time buying, but I had a much better buying experience through them than I had with the previous company. I would definitely buy and sell through them again in the future.

Cindy is simply the best! Our first encounter was with her trying to sell our old house after being on the market for 2 months. Once her sign was in the yard (no price change) we sold it within a week!nnOur second encounter was selling our current home. We’re relocating in the Spring and was worried about not only selling our home but what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. She walked through, gave us a list of suggestions and a week later had a family willing to buy it! BEFORE it was even listed!!!! WITHIN 3% of our asking price - no updates required!!!! Add the Derecho into the mix and she still got everything done on time.nnCindy Brodin is the only realtor I’d trust to sell my home quickly for a great price in Marshalltown. Plain and simple.
