When moving to town we ask for a recommendation for a realtor. Jamie Bland at 1st Rate Real Estate is the person you want, we were told. At our previous location we had a wonderful realtor and could not imagine finding another realtor as professional. Not only Jamie, but Kelsey also, were both so professional, helpful, caring, taking time answer our questions, patient with us as we made decisions, excellent problem solvers and negotiators. We are very happy with the work they have done for us!

I have known Jamie Bland for many years and she is honest, hard-working and dedicated. She assisted me to purchase a home recently and could not have made the process go any more Smoothly. She helped me to get into the homes that I wanted to view and helped me to negotiate the best price. I appreciate that she is a perfectionist and this showed in the paperwork that was submitted. Everything went without a hitch in part due to her ability to anticipate potential problems and get them solved in advance of the closing. 1st Rate Real Estate and Kelsey Appel sold our house in 11 days. We had previously listed it for 90 days with a different realtor who only showed it once. In addition, we bought our current home from Kelsey and appreciated her honest helpfulness. Jaimie helped us negotiate with our seller after they took some items that they weren't supposed to take. When our buyer for our former home had trouble getting documents together we also had a great deal of help from Amie, another broker at 1st rate.
