The most expensive plumber I have ever hired, and he did not fix our issue. Was on our property for less than ten minutes, did nothing, and charged an outrageous fee (basically, $20/minute- yes, per minute). Be aware, you will have to pay his driver $25/hr. too just to sit in the vehicle (because he said he can’t drive himself for some reason), and they both charge for driving time to your location.
Called them and they never bothered to call back. Guess they did not want business very badly!
tom showed up at my place on a Sunday and spent about 2.5 hrs here for a stubborn drain clog. he charged me a very reasonable sunday rate when others would of took my retirement fund for sunday work.
Tom is very friendly and honest. He quoted me two different possible prices and I was charged the lesser of the two. Thanks for a job well done.
Tom did a great job at a reasonable cost. Would definitely call him again!
