Carla Vander Molen was highly recommended to us after she helped my sister purchase her previous three homes. As my husband and I were doing our home buying search primarily from out-of-state, we needed someone who could quickly understand our wants and needs and guide us in our journey. From the beginning, Carla exuded warmth and made us feel both welcomed and a priority. Her extensive knowledge of the Pella market, her quick response time to any questions or needs, and her guidance and feedback on home tours built our confidence and trust in her understanding of what we wanted. Ultimately, that earned trust allowed us to submit an offer on a home without even seeing it! Within 6 hours of us expressing interest in a home that had just popped onto the market, Carla did a FaceTime tour, submitted an offer and called us with the good news that the sellers accepted! We are in a home we could only dream about thanks to her care, proactiveness and swift action. I would highly recommend Carla!

Carla Vander Molen was extremely knowledgeable about the Pella area and its market. She went out of her way to meet our needs during the home buying process and showed great flexibility throughout cross-country showings and crazy work/travel schedules. She remained patient and understanding despite our long wish list and large amounts of questions. Above all else, she showed a desire and capability to think outside the box to help us get into the perfect home and neighborhood. Our expectations were far surpassed by her amazing customer service -- she is truly a GEM!

We were selling & buying a home. We called Janet Winn & we couldn't of been more pleased with her services. If I had a question, she answered it. If she didn't know the answer she would find out & get right back with us. I would highly recommend Pella Realty Group & Janet Winn.

We worked with Jill Veenstra and had a wonderful experience. We purchased a house built in 1920 so it needed some work before we could even close. Jill had all of the connections we needed to get the job done and required no effort on our part to contact and complete the projects that needed finished. Everyone she recommended was incredibly professional and worked efficiently and effectively to help get us to closing. She communicated thoroughly with us through the whole process so we never had to guess what was going on. We had worked with a different realtor in the past that didn’t even come close to providing the care and experience that Jill provided us. I strongly recommend her if you are looking to buy a home in the Marion or Jasper county area. We are clients for life.
