Our first year of being here we got carbon monoxide poisoning because they wanted to cover the water heater that had been damaged with a slab of metal. If you’re wanting something fixed that was broken before you got there don’t expect it to happen and if it does you’re going to get an attitude with it. Will not answer back your calls unless it benefits themselves. Seriously, just go somewhere else.

My mother has rented from them 40 years. They cater to the disabled with handicap accessibility in 4 units.

After requesting more information of a property I viewed online Jason called me to schedule an appointment. We scheduled an appointment for 9 am on a Wednesday. My fiance and I arrived before 9 and waited for Jason. At 9:15 I called him to confirm he was on his way and just running late. He did not answer so I left a message. At 9:40 when he still did not arrive we left. I have tried to contact Jason via phone calls and emails and he does not respond. It is very unprofessional to stand a client up at a home showing when they have taken time off work and arranged their morning around the appointment.
