Went through the drive-thru today and ordered 2 boxes of food. When we look at the menu, it said it came with cinnamon twist and we asked if we could get one with no cinnamon twist. They then offered us chips instead for that box and we accepted. Once we got our food, my sister opened the box and tried the chips which still had the taste of cinnamon on it and you could see the cinnamon. We told them that she was allergic to the cinnamon and that’s why we ordered for not the twist. They also charged us extra for the chips. When we called, the manager was the rudest person and told us to just go through again and get another thing of chips. This is ridiculous. When someone orders something, you get what you order. Sorry, I wouldn’t even rate this 1 star.
I love the food! Highly recommend. If your craving something from a Desert with cinnamon on it that’s crunchy to a taco get a $5 box that has, one burrito, one hard shell taco, one chalupa and cinnamon twist! Aka my fav thing on the menu.
My go to!! Best service in a long time and the tacos were made perfect!!
