I love my new home at the Current! Kristen was a dream to work with and the sweetest! She was amazing with answering any need or concern I had throughout the application process. Also, the building is very well kept, with very clean common areas and even smells good(if you’ve ever lived in a stinky apartment you know how much a good smelling apartment is appreciated!). My unit itself is great, spacious with lots of natural light and also lots of storage space(yay). Neighbors are very kind and a great community to live in! Wouldn’t want to be living in any other place in GF :)

Kristin was very responsive, polite, down to earth and overall wonderful! Maintenance came swiftly every time we needed them too. This apartment complex is very nice, and I would highly recommend people to this place. We never had a problem, we asked a lot of questions and kristin fulfilled every need we had and made us feel appreciated and respected. Loved this complex!!! She is seriously amazing at her job and just a really genuine human being.

Kristin was so fantastic to work with during my lease year! The apartments are very modern and secure, along with that the staff and maintenance were always very responsive and friendly! It was my first apartment experience and I got super lucky with great management and a respectful “neighborhood”!

I have lived at Alcott Manor for six years and feel very fortunate to live here. No apartments in Grand Forks compare to Alcott because this is the only apartment complex listed on the National Historical Register. The apartments are spacious and have retained the original charm and character from the days when it was South Junior High nearly 100 years ago. Staff, especially Kristin Vetter, is always courteous, patient and helpful. I recently requested service at 4:30 on Friday and by 9:30 a.m. Monday morning, John was at my apartment to help me out. They offer phenomenally good service. I also was happy that John was wearing an N-95 mask when he visited my apartment. I am 70 years old and have asthma, so I was pleased that John realized that I might be nervous about having someone from maintenance enter my apartment.

I have lived at the Aurora Apartments for over a year and a half, and I love my new home! Not only is the apartment well-designed with plenty of light from the east, but I live on the first floor and have a door to a private brick balcony and the street. The staff at Metroplains have always been readily available and helpful, and the maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The building is quiet and well kept-up. The only con for me is the polished but worn concrete floor on the first floor, but the apartments above have hardwood flooring. If you are looking for a new apartment to call home, I definitely recommend checking out the Aurora!
