If giving no stars was a legitimate option, I would absolutely do so. I’ve had so many bad experiences at this location that this was my last straw. This place has completely lost my business and I hope they use this review to get the help they need. The only time the food and service is decent is when the manager is there. When he isn’t, I’ve gotten my order messed up on multiple occasions, people taking your order are rude, and hard to understand. I’ve had rubbery and impossible to eat both hash browns, and hash browns inside the breakfast crunch wrap. Missing ingredients in burritos and wraps. And today, watery soda and more rude employees. At a very high traffic location I’d expect both quality food and service. You need Lengthy training for your current employees or new employees completely. Please get help

Oops...they need to make sure everything that's ordered is in the bag! Had to turn around after looking in bag and found 1 item wasn't in it. They were very nice about it and added a desert.

Consistently card only or cash only. Usually out of a quarter of the menu items. Don't go unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait in line, no matter how short it is

My visit took place on a Saturday night around 11:40p.m. The drive thru was totally full and the voice behind the box was announcing that they were out of beef. Being a previous fast food worker I understand the overwhelming feeling of trying to satisfy the customers orders without having a proper merchandise in this case food!! The young lady's voice that took my order correctly was pleasant and warm. I will return to this Taco Bell for another late night craving.
